This hybrid class combines barre and ballet cardio exercises to push your stamina to the next level. Structured in interval sequences, endurance is challenged through a dynamic dance circuit. Sweat Barre moves you constantly from the barre to centre and back again, alternating between focused and controlled alignment, to explosive jumps, turns, and kicks in the centre; a constant change in gear that will keep you sweating, smiling, and on your toes!
